The Challenge

Campari Group needed to introduce Campari Spritz as a ready-to-serve product to the German hospitality market. The goal was to get the product into bars and restaurants quickly, drive first trials, and build awareness — all while coordinating sampling logistics at national scale.

Our Solution

We designed a targeted sampling campaign combining data-driven venue selection with end-to-end fulfillment. Our platform managed the full pipeline from product allocation, warehouse picking and packing, to last-mile delivery — ensuring each venue received the right sampling kit on time.

The Results

Successful nationwide distribution of Campari Spritz RTS sampling kits to hospitality venues. The campaign drove strong first-trial rates and helped establish Campari Spritz as a ready-to-serve option on menus across Germany.
