These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotions, campaigns and services offered by TriwerWorks Ltd through its websites and platforms.
The promotions consist of free product samples, vouchers or promotional materials as described on the respective campaign pages. Participation is subject to availability. No purchase is required.
Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 years or older who are resident in Germany. Employees of TriwerWorks Ltd and its affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.
The offer is free of charge. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when ordering. Only one order per person and per promotion is permitted unless otherwise stated.
By submitting an order, the participant makes a binding offer. A contract is concluded when TriwerWorks Ltd accepts the order by sending a confirmation or by dispatching the goods. TriwerWorks Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders in case of abuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the participant, subject to availability. Delivery times are non-binding. TriwerWorks Ltd is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address details or force majeure.
TriwerWorks Ltd shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and for breach of essential contractual obligations. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The above limitations do not affect mandatory statutory liability.
As the offer is free of charge, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Consumer Rights Directive. Participants may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting .
Personal data collected in connection with the promotion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Nicosia, Cyprus, insofar as permitted by law.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
TriwerWorks Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and TriwerWorks Ltd regarding the promotion.
If the participant has consented to receive marketing communications (e.g. newsletter), such consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting or by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Promotional items are subject to availability. Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes. TriwerWorks Ltd does not guarantee that the promotion will be available on all websites simultaneously.
