A premium spirits brand wanted to go from zero to real on-trade presence in Cyprus and Italy. The brief was easy to say and hard to do: get the brand onto back bars and menus in the right venues, with materials that fit how Mediterranean bars and restaurants actually work, and be ready before the summer season.
We ran the launch as one operation instead of a chain of separate suppliers. We adapted the brand and menu artwork for each market, produced the menu cards, table pieces and back-bar materials, and shipped everything into venues across both countries from our own warehouse. The brand went live in both markets in time for the season, with a consistent look on menus and behind the bar in the venues that mattered. Reorders from the first accounts came in sooner than planned, and we now reuse the same setup for every new market the brand enters.
